We connect Ringmasters to a supported business phone system. When an eligible call goes unanswered, the caller gets a single, friendly text from your business asking how you can help, and the AI takes it from there. Opted-out numbers are never texted, emergencies are routed to a person, and we follow messaging rules for when and how texts are sent. Ringmasters Recovery is launching soon.
It's set up with your services, your service area and the way you talk to customers. Texts are short and conversational. If someone asks whether they're talking to an automated assistant, it tells them honestly, and anything it can't handle goes straight to your team.
No. The AI only uses the information you approve: services, price guidance, service area and policies. It only offers times that are actually open on your calendar. If a question isn't covered, it hands the conversation to your team.
We only text people who reached out to you or opted in, include opt-out instructions, and honor STOP immediately. Business texting also requires carrier registration, which we handle during setup. We're happy to walk through our approach with you or your attorney.
